I’ve been all kinds of things: musician, osteopath, teacher, trainer, husband, father, insomniac.

Some of these have been a lot of fun, one or two I hope never to see again, and some I hope will continue until the day I die.

Muscling into this list is writer – fantasy, supernatural thrillers, dystopian futures and horror. As one reader said: ‘dark fiction with a heart.’
